We always have spare parts on the shelf, and in case of no availability we can import them within 1 – 2 months.

Yes, upon request we manufacture them according to the customer’s technical needs.

Our policy is to have in stock a huge range of our pumps (80% of our pumps are sold from stock), but for out of stock requests it usually takes 4-5 months for delivery.

Delivery is usually from our stores unless it is mentioned otherwise in our offer. Our stores are located just outside Cairo in Madinat El Salam (مؤسسة الزكاه – مدينة السلام).
