    AWe always have spare parts on the shelf, and in case of no availability we can import them within 1 – 2 months.

    Yes, upon request we manufacture them according to the customer’s technical needs.

  • What is your delivery period?

    Our policy is to have in stock a huge range of our pumps (80% of our pumps are sold from stock), but for out of stock requests it usually takes 4-5 months for delivery.

  • What is your delivery policy?

    Delivery is usually from our stores unless it is mentioned otherwise in our offer. Our stores are located just outside Cairo in Madinat El Salam (مؤسسة الزكاه – مدينة السلام).

  • Does the company install the equipment for an additional fee?

    No, but we do recommend subcontractors that would deal with the customer directly.
